These terms tell you the rules for using our website www.sixinthecity.co.uk (“site”). By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.  We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.


www.sixinthecity.co.uk is a site operated by SITC London Ltd (”we”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12451738 and have our registered office at 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR.

Our site is made available free of charge.

The services and material displayed on this site are provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties and we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or otherwise and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from use of the site including, without limitation, for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this site, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or how the damages arise. This does not affect any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

When booking a tour, you will enter into a contract with the individual tour guide and SITC London Ltd has no liability for such tours. Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the tours and each tour guide will have their own insurance cover.


These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising as a result of these terms, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
