We were pleased to see you….or will be in the future

by Pat Langford

When we decided that we wanted to look carefully at the issue of the City of London’s history relating to the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and then develop a dedicated walk, little did we imagine just how much demand there would be for it. Of course, the article in The Guardian helped a lot! If you weren’t able to get a ticket for the walks we did as part of Open House, please don’t worry as we are in the process of finding more dates for this walk in October and November and beyond. We’re as keen to tell the story as you are to hear it! We intend to donate a minimum of 10% of all the ticket revenue we get from the Slavery in the City walks to organisations that help to challenge inequality in all forms
